With innoVi™ activated, DGF was able to provide customers with round-the-clock, proactive, and automated video monitoring, that provided savings on both guards and surveillance network costs, while enabling cannabis operations to comply with state regulations. At one of the client’s shops in California, innoVi Remote Guarding™ issued an alert of people trespassing after-hours. Upon the video verification clip sent by innoVi™, the DGF guards saw three individuals wearing hoodies, with one man carrying a yellow crowbar. By providing insight to the nature of the threat, DGF was able to quickly organize the arrival of police to the site, while they continued to monitor the site remotely until the resolution of the event.

In Mission Bay, San Francisco, DGF was instantly able to provide its customers with access to 24/7 proactive and automated video monitoring. A building that was once kept secured 24/7 by two to three security guards was now recommended to double its security force. However, the existing operating budget did not allow for an increase in manpower. Using innoVi™, DGF’s Security Intelligence Center receives automated alerts which enable them to alert the desk guard in the lobby. Today, with only one security guard, problematic activity has been reduced due to innoVi’s real-time detections and alerts. DGF calculated the savings per building at more than $20,000 per month for a total monthly savings of $100,000 for this end user alone.

A large Audi dealership in the US with multiple buildings and two separate storage facilities, each housing over 600 vehicles, faced many surveillance challenges. Due to local zoning ordinances, fencing must be kept to a minimum, making it difficult to secure site perimeters. DGF with innoVi™, enabled the detection of after-hours intrusions and other activities, regardless of limited fencing, and other environmental conditions. Today, the DGF team informs intruders via loudspeaker that they are being watched and that police are on the way. By applying innoVi™, the dealership was able to recoup its capital investment within six months, reducing operational expenses by more than $13,500 per month.

Each camera was defined with specific detection rules, ranging from perimeter breach and sterile zone monitoring to detection of stopped vehicles and loitering. innoVi’s accurate and reliable alerts enable Eyeforce to offer a more consistent high-end monitoring service. innoVi™ detected intruders in an approach zone, allowing for quick action by Eyeforce and the avoidance of substantial damage and theft. Eyeforce’s adoption of innoVi™ enables automated analysis of multiple video feeds, increasing the effectiveness of their operators and the level of service to the sites they monitor.

CAP was set up to protect community interests through proactive monitoring, making it the right fit for innoVi Remote Guarding™. innoVi offers automatic detections of security breaches at remote sites, allowing CAP operators to quickly review the provided video verification of the security breach, and decide on the best course of action. As a result, CAP increased the level of protection and response offered to their customers.
