Business Development Manager, China

Job Description:

Agent Vi is seeking an experienced business development manager to lead the company’s expansion into the China market. This includes defining the company’s overall business plan for China, conducting market analysis, identifying strategic market verticals and sales opportunities, forming strategic partnerships and participating in defining the appropriate product offering for the China market. The position requires the majority of time to be spent in China, with frequent travels between China and the company’s head office in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and define the company’s overall business plan for China
  • Participate in industry tradeshows in China and the region
  • Identify and engage key technology providers and systems integrators in the China market to form strategic partnerships
  • Conduct presentations to Chinese customers and partners
  • Host Chinese delegations in the company’s head office in Israel
  • Conduct business negotiations with Chinese counterparts

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Business Development role, preferably with a geographic focus on China
  • Experience in selling or promoting technology products
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communications skills, written and oral
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Israel and China, with the majority of time spent in China

Product Manager – Israel Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and potential customers
  • Defining detailed product requirements throughout the product lifecycle including working with multiple teams, mainly R&D, Operations, Marketing
  • Working closely with R&D as product owner, using Agile methodologies
  • Working with technology partners on joint solutions

Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of software product management experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to have the ‘big picture’ understanding of the product goals as well as a detail-oriented approach to tactical tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of English
  • Experience in video surveillance is a plus

Regional Sales Manager – US-based

The company is seeking a Regional Sales person to join its Americas sales group. Preferred location is the West region of the U.S.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities for the company product lines through the existing partners in the assigned territory or vertical markets.
  • Establishing new sales channels in the assigned territory or vertical markets.
  • Calling on prospective customers, developing new accounts, providing product information, demonstrating the company’s offerings, delivering technical presentations, determining best-fit solutions for customers and closing deals.
  • Using the company’s CRM to track contacts, leads, sales opportunities, and generate quotes.

Job Requirements

  • Must be technically proficient, with the ability to learn in-depth technical aspects of the products, including how to install, configure and demonstrate all facets of the products.
  • Must demonstrate consistent sales track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent time management skills including ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling physical security systems – an advantage

Additional Info

  • The position is primarily home office-based, but travel is required. Must be willing to travel extensively (40% and more).
  • The position reports to the VP Sales of the Americas region.

Job Description:

The Finance Manager / VP Finance manages the company’s finance department including the financial operation of the company’s subsidiaries abroad. Activities include: budget planning and monitoring, payroll, financial reporting, tax matters, employee incentive programs, SaaS metrics, audit preparation and more. The position reports directly to the company’s CEO.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years prior experience in a similar role in a technology company
  • CPA (Israel)

  • Ability to define and implement cross-company processes for improved financial control
  • Experience in implementing SaaS metrics

Overview:

IT Specialist

Position Scope:

Agent Vi seeks an IT Specialist to support company-wide IT infrastructure needs. The IT Specialist will report to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Working with and maintaining Windows and Linux servers and workstations
  • Monitoring and managing virtual and physical servers’ infrastructure, including VMWare vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Carrying out routine network maintenance tasks
  • Managing software licenses and certificates

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical background
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work independently and undertake problem-solving
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Embedded Development Engineer

Job Description:

The position focuses on the development of Agent Vi’s embedded software which is a major foundation of the company’s video analytics platform. The position involves software design and implementation, including the development of software in leading network cameras and in other devices that connect to remote servers in the cloud.  You will also interface with other development teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Sc. / BA degree in computer science or computer engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience developing real-time embedded systems in C/C++
  • 1+ years’ experience in DSP programming for video or image processing applications
  • 3+ years’ experience developing in an embedded Linux environment and networking protocols
  • Knowledge in cloud technologies and tools – an advantage

  • Must be able to work, communicate and cooperate within a team, and with other teams.
  • Must be able to work independently and self-learn.
