Job Requirements:

DevOps Support Engineer

Job Location: Rosh Haayin, Israel

Job Description:

Agent Vi is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to help us build, deploy, maintain and monitor SaaS and OnPrem AI based video analytics solution in a mission critical, large scale environment.
The role is to support customers and SaaS deployment in various environments. The DevOps support engineer is the link between the DevOps team and customers, support and pre-sales teams.
The DevOps support engineer should be capable to deal with HW virtualization, Networking in Linux environment and Kubernetes deployments hence this position requires very good IT skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment of Kubernetes system and the analytics platform on customer’s site
• Install and configure Kubernetes on VM or bear metal
• Configure networking and storage
• Provide technical support to customers, integrators, Agent Vi support and pre-sales teams
• Responsibility for monitoring tools and alerts

Professional Skills:

• Wide knowledge in various deployment tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure on prem and cloud services
• Excellent understanding of Linux scripting (Bash and Shell)
• Excellent understanding of Linux networking and system administration
• Excellent troubleshooting problem solving skills with customers (Remote Session)
• Hands-on knowledge of software containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)

QA Engineer

Job Location: Rosh Haayin, Israel

Job Description:

Execute tests to ensure product quality. The responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing tests for the R&D teams: DevOps, Front-End and infrastructure.

Daily activities and responsibilities:

  • Review and execute Web application and DevOps environment test cases, and analyze results.

Business Development Manager- USA

Job Description:
Agent Vi is seeking a BD Manager to join its Americas sales group. Focus on expanding Agent Vi’s footprint in key market verticals within the physical security space. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to generate significant lead flow and market awareness for Agent Vi and its products within the target verticals. The compensation will include a variable component related to deals closed within the target verticals and as such the candidate is expected to guide the sales engagement from lead generation to deal closure for key accounts. This individual is expected to work throughout Agent Vi’s ecosystem utilizing all means possible to initiate new customer contacts including cold calling, social networks networking with industry peers and attending public events when available. Target verticals include Municipalities, Transit and Critical Infrastructure but may be expanded at the discretion of senior management. Experience within the physical security industry and selling to complex organizations within one or multiple of these verticals is a must.
The position reports to the VP Sales Americas.

Job Requirements:
• Develop new leads within the target verticals through a combination of direct sales engagement and networking through the physical security ecosystem.
• Contact and influence key technology partners within the ecosystem to create awareness and increase referrals to customers within the targe vertical.
• Work closely with VMS, camera manufacturers, and other technology partners on specific opportunities within the target vertical to promote Agent Vi’s products and ensure a combined offering that satisfies customer’s needs.
• Contact and influence all SME’s for target verticals within the system integrator community.
• Contact and influence consultants and A&E firms doing work within the target verticals.
• Use Agent Vi alliance partners such as Google and Intel to make contact with potential end users and qualify them, leading to new sales leads for the company.
• Participate in vertical related events both virtually and when available physically.
• Engage C-level executives and supporting departments as necessary to position Agent Vi as a critical supplier to the customer’s organization leading to exclusive procurements where possible.

Job Qualifications:
• Technically proficient with ability to learn in depth technical aspects of the product, including how to install, configure, and demonstrate all facets of the product.
• Must be organized and detail oriented. Candidate will use company’s CRM to track contacts, leads, and sales opportunities.
• Must have existing knowledge and relationships within the physical security market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Position is primarily home office based but travel is required – willing to travel extensively (40% and more).
• Excellent time management skills including prioritizing and planning.
• 5-10 years of experience selling physical security systems – an advantage.
