Agent Vi's Optimized Offering with AXIS Camera Application Platform

Agent Vi’s leading products – Vi-System and Vi-Search – are integrated with AXIS Camera Application Platform, providing an Optimized Offering which boasts excellent performance and minimal hardware costs. 

 

AXIS Camera Application Platform devices now support an embedded (Vi-Agent) integration from Agent Vi. This optimized offering, whereby an analytics server running on a Quad Core processor PC can support up to 200 cameras, is considered the most cost-effective solution on the market today, particularly taking into account that there is no limitation on the number of rules that can be applied simultaneously to the Axis cameras and encoders.

In line with AXIS product launch roadmap, Agent Vi has completed integration with the AXIS P3301 Fixed Dome Network Camera, which is the first AXIS product allowing download of analytics applications via the open application platform (see AXIS website page). Thanks to the integration, and with the support of the platform, Agent Vi’s applications are available for Q7401, Q7406, P3343, P3344, Q1755, Q6032-E and Q1910, using pre-released firmware, with a view to providing compatible solutions for the complete ‘P’ and ‘Q’ product lines.
