Technology Partner Program

Agent Vi’s “Technology Partner Program” (TPP) is intended for technology companies offering video surveillance products who wish to integrate such products with Agent Vi’s solutions. The TPP offers a comprehensive platform for building solutions through integration and collaboration with technology partners around the globe. It serves as a one-stop-shop for all joint solutions, from technical elements of product integration to commercial marketing of the solution, and beyond. The TPP is comprised of different categories in order to best leverage the integration of Agent Vi’s technology with partner products.

The TPP offers various tracks:
  • Standard / Premium Development Partner Program – Intended for technology companies who have integrated their product with Agent Vi’s solutions using Agent Vi’s SDKs and development tools;
  • Collaborative Technology Partner – Intended for technology companies whose products have been integrated with Agent Vi’s solutions using the partner’s SDK and development tools.
In line with Agent Vi’s approach to create joint solutions (rather than simply implementing integrations), Agent Vi has designed a 3-step process, which applies to each of the TPP tracks, and accompanies the evolution of a joint commercial offering:
  • Design and Implementation Phase
  • Finalization and Commercialization Phase
  • Maintenance and Continuous Product Support Phase.

The Standard Development Partner (SDP) Program is intended for technology partners who are looking to integrate their products with Agent Vi’s products. Such partners should be suppliers of video surveillance products such as cameras, encoders, DVRs, NVRs, VMSs and Command & Control Systems.

Furthermore, at Agent Vi’s discretion, Agent Vi may invite partners to join the Premium Development partner (PDP) Program. It similarly caters to technology partners that supply video surveillance products such as cameras, encoders, DVRs, NVRs, VMSs and Command & Control Systems, and additionally focuses on leveraging the integration toward concrete business activity through joint efforts and deep cooperation.

In contrast to the SDP/PDP, where the product integration is undertaken by the partner, the Collaborative Technology Partner (CTP) Program is intended for technology partners for whom Agent Vi undertakes the product integration, based on the partner’s SDK and development tools. CTP partners are expected to support Agent Vi in implementing integrated solutions as well as collaborating on commercial aspects. Such partners should be suppliers of video surveillance products such as cameras, encoders, DVRs, NVRs, VMSs and Command & Control Systems.

CTP Program Highlights & Benefits:
  • The partner benefits from the product integration undertaken by Agent Vi following receipt by Agent Vi of all relevant SDKs and development tools
  • Agent Vi tests the integrated solution and cooperates with the partner on relevant certification for the integrated solution
  • Agent Vi supports the integrated solution and provides the integrated solution to the partner for evaluation and demonstration purposes, including the required components developed by Agent Vi
  • The partner receives a marketing and sales package developed by Agent Vi (through collaboration with the partner) specifically for the integrated solution, including partner-specific, co-authorized documentation
  • The partner and integration will be promoted on Agent Vi’s website, and the integration will be announced in a dedicated press release and in Agent Vi’s e-news
  • The partner receives support in regard to project specification documents, design requests and presale support (bids, tenders and RFPs)
  • Agent Vi provides notification about and access to new software, builds, bug fixes and more
  • Agent Vi provides End-of-life (EOL) notifications in line with Agent Vi’s Product Life Cycle policy.

We chose Agent Vi’s real-time analytics because it’s the most cost-effective solution on the market. Due to Agent Vi’s open architecture approach, we didn’t have to adapt or replace any components of our existing surveillance system. Rene den Dekker , Managing Director, Spyke Security
