Agent Vi’s Channel Partner Program (CPP) defines the framework through which Systems Integrators and Distributors may become certified to resell, install and support Agent Vi’s range of comprehensive video analytics solutions.
 
The CPP empowers Agent Vi’s channel partners with the expertise and proficiency, as well as a clearly defined business framework, to allow them to expand their offering to their customers based on Agent Vi’s products and associated services. Agent Vi is committed to the training and certification of, and support for, its sales channels, and directs all end-user sales inquiries to the most relevant sales channel.
 
Distributors
 
Agent Vi has direct partnerships throughout the world with a range of global and local Distributors, and provides them with marketing, sales, support and training services.
 
Agent Vi’s Distributors play a key role in developing market demand by promoting Agent Vi through exhibitions, trade shows and publications, as well as actively selling and delivering the software through their network of System Integrators in different geographical markets and segments. With their expertise in security and IT, and their broad offering comprised of both hardware and software, the Distributors serve as an important link in the chain to advancing Agent Vi’s video analytics solutions. Importantly, Agent Vi has secured partnerships with selected Distributors in each geographical region, ensuring full territorial coverage on one hand, and efficient channel management on the other hand.
  
Certified Systems Integrators
 
Agent Vi’s Certified Systems Integrators comprise a diverse range of highly-skilled and trained value-added dealers, resellers and systems integrators that have expertise in video surveillance / physical security.
 
Certified Systems Integrators offer trained, certified, and experienced video surveillance and Video Analytics technicians, project managers and sales executives who employ Agent Vi solutions. They usually offer a range of value-added services such as site surveys, risk assessments, complete systems design, product procurement, installation, and telephone as well as on-site support. They can design, install, and support an independent Agent Vi solution, or a solution integrated with products from Agent Vi’s Technology Partners.
 
Partner Levels
 
Agent Vi’s Channel Partner Program is comprised of four categories of partners:  
 
Channel Partner Program – Partner Benefits
  • Discounts on Agent Vi's products in line with the partner's CPP level (bronze, silver, gold, platinum). Larger product discounts are available for higher partner levels.
  • Access to Agent Vi’s dedicated CPP Portal, with multiple resources for channel partners
  • Listing on Agent Vi’s Website: “Where to Buy”, enabling potential end-users to identify certified channel partners of Agent Vi and contact them directly
  • Free Software Demonstration Packages, allowing the running of Agent Vi’s products in partners’ showrooms and the provision of the software to the sales staff
  • Deal Registration Incentive, whereby partners register potential deals within the CPP Portal, and receive Agent Vi’s support for the partner’s efforts to win the deal
 
Channel Partner Program – Partner Requirements
  • Certification – All Systems Integrators must undergo Agent Vi’s training course which provides the knowledge required to sell and deploy Agent Vi’s products, and to provide support to customers. For more information click here or write to certification@agentvi.com
  • Full Customer Care – Following certification, Systems Integrators are qualified to provide full customer care to clients, from installation to post-sale support.
  • Purchase from Registered Distributor – Systems Integrators must purchase through a registered Agent Vi distributor.
